My career began after graduating with merit awards from the New York Institute of Photography. I have since gone on to become an award-winning photographer.
At present, I am the chief photographer at The Brunei Times, one of only two English newspapers in this oil-rich country. I also serve as stringer for international wire agencies namely the European Press Agency (EPA), Associated Press (AP), and Agence France Presse (AFP). My images have appeared in an array of Bruneian and international publications.
Photographs have power - a power that complements, yet often transcends the written word. My unique talent of capturing the essence of a moment makes people stop on their tracks and take notice of what my pictures are trying to say. Through my photographs, I stop the passage of time by grabbing a piece of history and preserving it for the future.
